Enrollment

You register for a course and receive a confirmation email and payment request from Cyclops.
You pay the VAT directly to Cyclops with the structured communication from the confirmation email.

Register and login at kmo-portefeuille.be

Register your Kmo online (for initial application only) at www.kmo-portefeuille.be with your electronic identity card (e-ID) or via your federal token. Fill in the details of your SME.

After registration you will receive an activation url. Type in the activation url on the internet and login with your e-ID or federal token.

You are now linked to a SME.
You submit a project application and enter the registration fee excluding VAT as the project amount.
You will find this amount in the confirmation email from Cyclops or on the website.

Subsidy notification
The portfolio indicates how much they subsidize and how much you should pay.
You pay your portion.

At invoice number you enter the structured communication, invoice number or OGM code and authorize the portfolio to be transferred to our account.

The payment of the KMO portfolio to us takes an average of 14 calendar days!

Invoice
After 14 business days, we receive your full payment, we prepare the invoice with the message fulfilled and send it to you.
