Introduction 

Successfully passing the Project Management Professional® Examination, based on the PMBOK® Guide ed. 2017 (PMBOK® Guide 6th & 7th edition) requires extensive preparation, time and effort. This time and effort can be significantly reduced through the support of an experienced PMP® certified trainer.  Through an intense training seminar, this second module, he will teach you the content and skills necessary to pass the exam. The study material and training method follows the exam format and covers all the required areas of expertise. This program will prepare you to think the PMI way and covers the most useful test-taking strategies for the PMP® exam. The course ends with an exam simulation.  The support you can expect from your PMP® trainer is not only based on an intensive seminar, he will also give you answers to any questions that may arise during the application process and assistance if needed right up to the examination date.  Attending this seminar will reinforce your knowledge, build your confidence level, develop your exam writing skills and make you walk into the exam fully prepared for success.

Day 1:

Day 2:

Day 3: 

Exam simulation + correction 

Prerequisites

To receive the PMP® certification, you must demonstrate the required "long-term commitment" to project 

management professionalism. You must have, besides 35 hours of project management education (achieved by following this program):  

• a bachelor degree and 4,500 hours of relevant project management experience in the past 6 years or 
• a high school diploma or equivalent and 7,500 hours of relevant project management experience in the past 8 years.

Instuctor

This course is given by Didier Brackx.

Between 1990 and 1997 Didier Brackx was Process Engineer for SNC Lavalin and designed several systems for petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants worldwide. From 1997 till 2003, he was, and still is, Project and Program manager for several IT companies. He was also responsible for several Y2k projects in Europe and the implementation of the EURO for different Bank and Insurance company projects. He is now managing projects in the area of Avionics and Industry. He has occupied several senior management and executive positions and developed an own way to create project management offices. He was head of the PMO of AXA Belgium for 7 years and succeeded in increasing the project management maturity within this company to CMMi level 3.

Didier Brackx is a PMI® certified PMP® and holds a degree in Bio- chemical engineering. He is also a certified SCRUM master (CSM) and is writer and reviewer of the PMBOK® Guide ed. 2008 ! He is one of the three people in Belgium who holds a P30 Practitioner credential (Portfolio, Program and Project Office certification) ! He is recognized as SME (Subject Matter Expert) by PMI and is Reviewer of the PMBOK@ Guide 2008 (4th edition) and PMBOK@ Guide 2012 (5th edition).

Cancellation policy

• The training is organized on condition that there are enough participants.
• If there are not enough participants, Cyclops reserves the right to cancel this training with a full refund.
• If the training course does not go ahead, e.g. due to illness of the instructor or too few registrations, the training course will be cancelled and we will initiate the reimbursement procedure.
• If you cancel the training or cannot come to the course, you must provide the necessary evidence and start the cancellation procedure.
• If you cancel more than one month before the start of the course, you will only be charged a €50,00 administration fee.
• If you cancel between 1 month and 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the course starts, your registration fee will not be refunded.
