We are currently looking for a SAFETY COORDINATOR, to support the growth of our company.
About the job:
As a Safety Coordinator you’ll actively participate and support on the various projects.
You will provide site coordination and supervision according to local legislation.
You will safety services incl Fire prevention and protection , Risk analysis, ATEX, HAZOP, CE certification, PED and be be responsible for all documents related to his work : risk analyses, safety studies and reports, site visits, meeting reports, specific studies,...
You will either be part of a project team or independently carry out safety projects for our customers.
As a Safety Coordinator you will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely and qualitatively.
As a Safety Coordinator you will be the go-to person for safety-technical issues.
What we need:
You have a master’s degree in Safety & Environmental management or equivalent.
As a Safety Coordinator you have knowledge of HSE legislation (ideally applicable to industrial projects).
You have experience or interest in project management.
With your outstanding people management and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project team, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
You have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
You have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
You are resistant to stress and pressure.
You are absolutely dedicated to your work, which you execute with extreme precision and an eye for detail.
You are flexible to travel within Belgium.
Your software skills include Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
You speak French, Dutch or English.
