About the job:
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for Cyclops.
In this role you will work closely with the HR manager and management of Cyclops.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
acting as single point of contact for recruitment towards candidates, organisations and colleagues involved in the recruitment process and operational management
actively sourcing and screening of our future talent and building the necessary talent pools
guiding candidates through the full selection process from screening to hiring, providing excellent candidate experience
keeping record of actions in the recruitment database & providing regular reports to the management
participating in events such as job fairs and networking events at universities, to actively build up relationships with potential candidates, trainees, freelancers and different organisations such as Alumni, universities, …
organising the internal job day in close collaboration with the HR and operational management
continuously improving processes and tools in recruitment aligned with best practices and new regulations
actively supporting in the onboarding process and handover to the HR manager
What we need:
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection and/or marketing.
You have sourcing experience through LinkedIn and other channels.
You have a proactive ‘make-it-happen’ mentality.
You are target and result driven.
You are resistant to stress and pressure.
You are flexible and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are fun and want to work for a fun company.
Your software skills include Office Suite.
You speak Dutch, English and French.
