Teamwork makes the dream work, as goes the saying; and not once since I started my professional career have I thought anything differently. I’ve been working on projects ever since I graduated as an engineer in 2008: first having day-to-day responsibilities on site, and gradually my responsibilities shifted to the position of Project Manager – bearing overall responsibility from start to completion. Having led various dredging projects around the world, I’ve really enjoyed the variety of challenges that came along with the job: no two days were the same, and definitely no two projects were the same.

Now, somewhat closer to home, I continue to enjoy the challenge of a project environment at Cyclops and its clients in various industries. Combining the skillset of each individual team member in order to reach a common goal is most rewarding.
