Careers are often driven and oriented by people’s own motivation. I have always worked in a challenging environment focused on Project Management. First on projects at different customer sites and afterwards using this experience to develop internal business and departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, Quality, PMO and implementation of tools like ERP. The goal is to find that company that shares your values, offers you the opportunities you are looking for and gives you support where needed.
