I started 2,5 years ago with Cyclops as Office HR Manager when we were only 10 people working on projects.
Today we have almost 40 people working for Cyclops, from Back Office, to Project Engineers, Project and Operational Manager and a CAD Designer.
I have had the opportunity to get a lot of these fantastic people on board.
I have learned so much during these years, as working for a start-up is challenging to say the least.
I have gained experience in working with people, recruitment, implementing new procedures, general administration and everything coming our way in order to take the next step as a professional company.
We are still growing every day and projects keep coming our way, which is nice to see. But we still make time to have fun and that’s something I treasure a lot in the way we work together at Cyclops.
