Selection process

PHONE CALL
We call you. Not to ask you a bunch of difficult questions, but just to get to know you.

MEETING
After our phone call, we invite you to our offices in Mechelen because we really want to get to know you.
3
ASSESSMENT
This time we are going to ask you more difficult questions. Our senior Project Engineer/Manager will give you a technical assessment in which you will have to succeed.
4
2nd DATE...
Once you have blown away our senior Project Engineer/Manager, you will have to impress one last person. The final interview will be with Ruth or Rob.
